WHCCA Annual Budgets for Previous Years

The WHCCA is a non-profit organization and is supported entirely by voluntary dues and services provides by residents, some of whom serve on the board of directors.  All expenditures are approved by the board and all bank checks require the signature of two of the authorized board members (who are typically the treasurer, president, and secretary).
